Devin Drambarean

Devin Drambarean is the owner of Bio-One Cincinnati. Devin started the business in 2016 and in late 2021 transitioned it over to his first Lead Tech. Bio-One Corporate requested in January 2024 that he take over the operations once again and he is working hard to get the business back on track. Devin was born in Ohio and had lived in Cincinnati for over forty-two years. Devin was in corporate America for over thirty years working as a Technical Consultant with many Fortune 500 companies to implement automation and data gathering strategies to help those companies run their operations more efficiently. Devin lost both his parents and when his mother passed in 2016, he had an epiphany to leave the corporate world and help families after the loss of a loved one or help individuals with decluttering and organizing their lives.

Devin has always been involved with his church, and served as Sacristan and on the vestry. He currently coaches teams of young men in the game of soccer for his current church, which is a game he played throughout his life, until a severe knee injury in 2021. Devin has been a team builder and his family and friends would say he has a huge heart and loves to help people. Devin, and his wife Brenda have been married for eighteen years, they are very involved in their two daughters lives, even after both have graduated from their respective colleges. Devin looks forward to helping you and your family!

Hoarding is a behavioral pattern characterized by the excessive acquisition of and inability to discard large quantities of objects that cover the living areas of a home and cause significant distress or impairment.

Compulsive hoarding behavior has been associated with health risks, economic burdens, and adverse effects on personal relationships. When clinically significant enough to impair functioning, hoarding can prevent typical uses of space so as to limit basic daily activities like moving through the home, eating, and sleeping. It can also put people at risk due to increased risks of injury, fire, and disease.

Bio-One of Cincinnati prioritize concern for the well being of our customers and their families, always following our slogan, “Help First, Business Second.” Bio-One of Cincinnati soundly reject the business-first mindset of other companies who see people and their families asking for help as vulnerable and exploit the economic opportunity. Our primary goal is to help people improve their lives and begin the process of moving forward.

Bio-One of Cincinnati sets itself apart from other hoarding cleanup companies in four distinct ways:

Bio-One of Cincinnati come to give on-site estimates, never blind, inflated estimates over the phone. This allows us to give an accurate estimate and scope of work.

Bio-One of Cincinnati do not give bait & switch quotes. Unlike other companies that lowball their estimates and then ratchet the price up as the job progresses, our experience and expertise allows us to give accurate estimates that reflect what the job will cost.

Bio-One of Cincinnati are truly a local company, the owners and employees all call the Cincinnati area home, too. Other companies take your call from outside our community, and then subcontract your job out to some workers who are neither hoarding specialists nor trained professionals. Many times the contracting company does not even know the subs they have hired.

Bio-One of Cincinnati respond to a hoarding cleanup request immediately because we are locally based. We're not heading into the area, we're already here.

Bio-One of Cincinnati goes to great lengths to ensure your privacy and our discretion. For starters, we use unmarked vehicles and we don’t suit up outside whenever possible. We’re also good at gently, but firmly, shooing away nosy neighbors and we don’t answer their probing questions.

Yes. Bio-One of Cincinnati offers a regularly-scheduled maintenance program where Bio-One of Cincinnati return to the residence or property after the initial cleanup and perform follow up services to ensure that it remains in the state it was when we completed the job.

Yes. While the original hoarding cleanup will result in the removal of all necessary/requested items, the hoarding residence will still be in need of a thorough and detailed cleaning, due to the effects caused by the original hoarding situation. Bio-One of Cincinnati offers a detailed cleaning program to anyone who's interested.
